These terms apply to everyone who signs in to the Boundary apps: owners, tenants, family members, committee members and gate staff. Boundary is provided by Round Bit Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Boundary", "we"). Your Society has its own agreement with us, the society terms. By signing in you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
1. Your account
- You sign in with your own mobile number and a one-time code. Don't share codes or let others use your account.
- You must be at least 18 to hold an account. Children may be listed as family members by a parent or guardian.
- You can use Boundary only for a Society that has added you, and only in the role it gave you.
- Tell your Society or us promptly if you think someone else is using your account, or if you change your number.
2. Your Society decides
Your Society, not Boundary, decides who is added, who holds committee roles, the maintenance amounts and due dates, and which expenses are approved. Questions or disputes about those decisions are for your Society to resolve under its bye-laws.
3. What you add
- Add only accurate information, and add other people (such as tenants or family) only with their knowledge.
- Upload only photos and documents you have the right to share. You keep ownership of them and allow us to store and show them as needed to provide the service.
- Treasurers and committee members are responsible for the accuracy of the records and bills they add.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Boundary to harass, threaten or spam anyone, impersonate others, upload unlawful or offensive content or malware, try to access data you aren't allowed to see, or copy or reverse-engineer the apps. We or your Society may remove content or suspend accounts that do.
5. The service
We work to keep Boundary available and accurate but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Features marked "coming soon" are not yet available, and we may change or retire features over time. Boundary is currently free for residents; if that changes we will tell you before you are charged.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Boundary is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by your Society's or other users' decisions or content. Visitor and security features support your Society's security but do not replace it.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using Boundary at any time and ask us to delete your account. Your access to a Society ends when the Society removes you.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show significant changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
